Doesn't exist up this far north
Love White Castle. Closest is probably Cinci, 2.5 hour drive.
Skyline is meh. Not sure we have one around any more. We have a Gold Star, though. Also meh.
We had 2 of those here. Both closed down this year. One was open for less than 3 years.
Who the hell wants to pay their prices for what you get?! Steak n Shake ftmfw

So many miles, so many views, so little time. I need a bigger map!

Look for a Culvers. They're all over the Midwest. Best "fast food burger" on this or any other earth.

Oh I forgot seeing the Culver's signs when I was up there! I like that place a lot. My folks moved to Nashville a while back and kept saying there was a fast food joint I needed to try and that's what it was. Lol

Culvers has found the way to make fast food taste like something you'd make at home.

You must be a lot worse at cooking than I am then ;)

No fast food burger gets close to what I make at home, but I'm a lazy sob and homemade tendies just aren't as good as them mcnuggets.

I agree. Not too big of a fan of Culvers. Your culvers cook must be amazing or something.

Go to Bass Pro, buy Uncle Buck's fry mix, slather tenders in that shit, deep fry, better than every fast food tender except *maybe* Canes.

Also @MedlinAround , you dont seem to be spending nearly enough time in Uncompahgre. Don't waste time in Denver unless you're camping, and I'd say the same for the Springs unless you just have to see Pikes Peak/GotG. There's so many trails to check out in the ouray/telluride area, you'll hate yourself for not taking advantage of them.

I haven't been to canes yet. And I don't have a deep fryer but I had a big skillet so I suppose I could give it a go. I just hate cleaning all the damn oil up afterwards.

Culver's uses a shit load of butter in their burgers. That's pretty much it.

It comes back out at high speed for me.

2 Raising Cane's close by here. Apparently the Louisville Canes are a different breed. Just plain ol' generic chicken tenders. No longer interested in donating my money for their inferior quality crap.
