My "company car" is a 2012 Ford F150 2wd. Decent truck, but I still have to buy gas. Rather buy gas for Tacoma. dorF is used primarily as errand-mobile. It's even white....So generic. Just not my style.

If we had Ford as a company vehicle, I might be in on it more. But, someone here jacks off someone else at the big GMC dealer and vice versa, so we're stuck with glorified and pussified Chebees

We have a 2014 Silverado that the groundskeeper drives. I get the dorF. His is 4wd. Mine is 1 wheel drive. It's handy to have around when I have something to haul that takes an 8' long bed. V6/5 speed. B.O.R.I.N.G.

Our grounds guys at my last job had an F350, for no reason whatsoever. No trailers, no equipment to haul. Some sod once in a blue moon. They sure as fuck weren't giving it up though.

When you spin into a guardrail and feel a nice shake upfront.

    Bent the tie rod?

Also what's up with y'all and spinning into guard rails, that's like two in the last two weeks.

Yeah, it only scratched my wheel, which was scratched anyway from wheeling. I got lucky that was what hit and not the bumper (Could've gotten lucky and gotten an aftermarket bumper), I wasn't going to fast. Just did a 360 when it was ice out and was counter steering like a mofo trying to stay out of the rail lol.

Anyone In here have an Amazon credit card? They're cash back rewards are pretty appealing and I need to pick up a credit card.

Several of my coworkers have that card, and seem to all really enjoy it. The card itself feels pretty awesome too, it's got a nice weight to it, not just a normal plastic card

5% cash back on Amazon things. 2% on everything else. Discover/Chase/Capital are all just 1.5% back

I have the Chase Freedom and its kind of a pain in the ass too because you get extra cash back on certain categories throughout the year but you have to manually activate it, it doesn't do it for you. So if you forget before you buy something you're boned

Yeah, that's somewhat like Discover is but you don't have to activate it. I would never look to activate it.

I could use a credit card. Don't need one, though.
Just means I'd end up with a front bumper and winch sooner than later.
