Cincinnati Area Thread (Tri-State, Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana)

Nothing major for me. Don't want to incapacitate the truck 3 days before leaving. I cleaned it out yesterday, took the last fender flare off. Took the Harley sticker off the back window and put the new ones on. Cut the exhaust tip off over the axle. Went out for a good 30 minute drive.

Would like to get an oil change done today and maybe take it up to the car wash and spray the engine bay down.

I have no say on that honestly. Actually haven't heard anything bad about that particular item. Personally, I've owned good HF tools and shitty ones. Luck of the draw.

I have tools that I’ve bought there and have always had good luck with them. Was looking into the jack reviews though and they were so bad that I didn’t want to chance it.

 

Don't buy the Harbor Freight farm jack. It's a joke. Nor the Tractor Supply farm jack.

 

Headed to badlands y’all. Finished up Ryan’s 6hp upgrade on his minibike at around 0200 this morning.

The look on his face the first time he twisted the throttle was priceless.

 

Much snow and rain between me and Badlands....Woulda liked to have hopped in the truck and gone, but too many assholes on the highway to drive in rain for 3 hours each way.

 

I'm going home....Just had 2 women chastise me because our main dining room is "freezing"....and about 10 seconds later 2 more old ladies rip into me because it is "stifling hot"....

BTW, room temp is 71 degrees.

Some of these spoiled/entitled old people see it as no matter what temp, it's WRONG.

I'm of the opinion THEIR opinion doesnt matter as much as they would think.

 

It's discouraging to me that a distinguished gentleman of your experience has not yet figured out these entitled lady folk. As gender we will forever be at their mercy

 

I think my lack of overall concern was obvious to them. Some would say I'm an entitled bitch in my own right.

Taking my sway bar off was probably the best thing I’ve done. The difference is crazy. The new shocks performed very well.
Really proud of my truck today.
