Stouts are where its at. Madtree was founded by people who used to work with me (talk about a missed investment opportunity on my part), and I'd love to support them, but I'm not huge on IPAs either. Morlein has 'Power Stoutage' which is solid, Rhinegheist just started selling a stout in cans, Calfe, and they also have Panther which is a solid porter.

If you want the best stout though, come on my Moab trip next year- we'll be touring Left Hand on the way out there ;)

Solid recommendations. My vote is for Braxton's Dark Charge! It is the best local stout. Westside Brewing has a decent stout they offer year round & they started canning it recently.

I forgot about Braxton- they also have Bluff which is really interesting because it's a blonde stout. I dunno how they do it, but it works!

Try Rivertowns Roebling Porter it's pretty good. Tafts also has a porter that's delicious called "Marverick" it is very chocolaty, reminds me of a Hot Chocolate almost.

32 taps and less than 10 are IPA's.

Most of them are IPA or Pale Ales, idk if it's the hops or what that's in them but I have an allergic reaction to. I've even had it with a few Red Ales and some of Braxtons Graeters beers. Mad Tree has a Kolsch called Lift that is delicious. 50 West has been my local go to on the lighter beers, the Doom Pedal is my favorite.

Definitely not, weather sucks. But we were visiting my (future) in-laws and were in Cincinnati.

Also, interstates are great. Wide as fuck and hardly any traffic

I have not found a pale ale I like....I almost hate going out to dinner nowadays because it seems like everything on draft is an IPA. In the past I never would buy any rhinegeist because they all taste the same....it seems like recently they came out with a few that are beginning to break their mold....as of now the only 2 I'll buy from them are Panther Porter, and Calfe Milk Stout....but they have plenty I haven't tried.

Oh man.....you need to try their Jerky and Cheese Nibs. Life changing.

    Head unit. That's it.

We need to get you some Skyline or Gold Star and some White Castle's.

Also, just north of Cincy (ok, like an hour...) is a town called Greenville. There is a sandwich shop there called Maid Rite's. Phenomenal.

    https://www.maidrite-greenville.com/

Rumor is they cook the meat in Pabst Blue Ribbon and add some secret flavoring afterwards. I dont care what the hell they do to it. I eat about 4 of them in one sitting. They are even good cold. Toss em in the fridge and come back a few hours later.

If you look at the website, you can see where people have put their chewing gum on the outside of the building for years. (little specs on the brick.) On the wall facing their parking lot, it is completely covered. Kinda gross...but traditions are traditions.

It's been years since I was at Greenville (Treaty City) Back in the merdersickle days, we ran an enduro in mid November. "Treaty City Enduro" was one of my favorites. It was also the very last enduro I rode in 1992. Usually 100 miles +, and colder than a well diggers ass most years. We always ate in town, but I cannot recall where. I've slept since then....

Carl's Stereo in Sharonville. I called around to several places and they were the only ones that could keep it under $2k with what I wanted. And that isn't much lol. I don't need the key FOB unlock and such.

Is anyone in Holmes County right now? I'm following a silver taco with a cap and rack. It has a BIG front bumper.

    Edit: see picture below.
