Not gonna lie, when I was married the Odyssey was baller for hauling the kids and all their crap around. I don’t miss it but damn, mini vans are functional and comfortable...

 

I drove my moms sienna most of my senior year in high school. It was bad ass for hauling all my friends around.

Dropped every Citi Bank card/credit card and other business credit cards I had that were affiliated with them a few months back because of the stunt they pulled.

 

I hate Cincinnati Bell. But I’m also not a big fan of Spectrum either so I’m screwed either way with internet options...

 

I did the same. Moved those over to Wells Fargo.

 

This, I get tired of Spectrum calling me on a weekly basis advertising their other services. I've asked them to remove me from their list consistently for the past 4 or 5 months. One of these days they're gonna catch me on a bad day and I'll cancel everything I have with them (which is just internet). I'll figure something else out.

 

Yaas. If I lived in a neighborhood I'd totally have this. But not living in a neighborhood doesn't stop Jehova's Witnesses. I also don't think I'll have the democratic party knock on my door again lol. Had an old guy knock on my door and I told him I'm not interested I'm an independent/third party voter. Once I told him I'm a strong Libertarian/Constitutionalist he replied "Oh you're more conservative than the Republican party."

So I have a series of phone interviews because I cant get an onsite scheduled on Monday and provided I don't F it up royally I need to start seriously looking at places to live down there. Job is in Hebron (at the kcvg airport actually). What are some neighborhoods to avoid? I plan on looking at the ky side of the river since OH always gave off the Illinois lite vibe to me. I prefer to get some land, wife wants a neighborhood to live in, so it will be somewhere in the middle I guess, what towns should I be looking in? I currently have a 1.5hr drive to work where I live now, would like to get that down to 30mins or less minus traffic. Tips? Suggestions? Wtf is up with the chili? Is everything to do outside of sitting in my garage in Cincinnati? Wheres the closest place to go wheeling? I see Harlan is 3ish hrs away (sweeet!!) Anything closer?

 

Lots of great places to live in Hebron. Land is at a bit of a premium, because the area is becoming suburbia, but I still love it here. Lived here almost 12 years. Stay away from some parts of Florence and Erlanger and you’ll be fine. Hebron and Burlington are both nice places imo.

 

As far as the chili, it’s something that grows on you (at least it did me). I’ll never forget the first time I walked in to a skyline, sat down, and the cheery and not hard to look at waitress asked if I wanted a 3-way. Hadn’t been a stumbling bumbling oaf like that since high school...then I figured out it means chili, noodles, and cheese

 

Hebron is where you want to look for housing. One exit away from CVG. Thornewilde, the name of the devolpment, has some really nice homes built by the Drees Corporation. it's off North Bend Rd or rt237. You'll learn to love the Chili, but wait till the pretty young thing asks if you're adventurous enough to handle 5 way LOL
