    Any suggestions on rear bumper?

Has to work with a hitch or have integrated hitch.

I’ve looked through the armor sticky in the armor forum but many of the pictures and links are incorrect.

Thinking of doing the front as well...would prefer same manufacturer but not a deal killer.

This whole ordeal is a major pain in the ass. Bed cap has to come off...so all my light wiring has to be disconnected. They’ll have to remove the bed to correct the frame.
This really sucks. I think the frame has caused my driveline U joints to shift...now have a vibration I didn’t have before. Not happy.

Ugh, that sucks man... I can’t help with the bumpers but if I had to guess, the rear driveshaft is probably misaligned after the collision. It only takes a small change to that angle to cause a vibration from the factory two piece rear shaft. You’ve seen the custom one piece rear shaft in my truck so ask me how I know...

Just discovered in another thread, that ‘the manual’ clearly states that the 4x4 system should be used monthly for 10 miles. That leaves me in a quandary, as there’s not a snowballs chance in hell I’ll actually ‘need’ my 4x4 on a monthly basis.

I’m not looking to go rock crawling or even old school wheelin’. My TRDOR is mechanically stock, and is likely to stay that way. I need this truck to last, so I don’t want to go beat it up. However, it sounds like I need to go find some country dirt roads to cruise once in a while, that aren’t a 3 hour drive away.

Anyone know of such roads within an hours drive of NKY?

Agreed. Just engage on a straight patch of road and enjoy. Disengage before a curve.

Agree, especially about the 10 miles lol.

But also its to keep the actuators from building up enough corrosion to seize.

...for this reason, you are also supposed to actuate the E-locker once a month.

So who has SPC UCAs on their truck and what setting are you guys using? @Underdog89 helped me install mine yesterday (and 9+ years of corrosion made that really fun...) and we set the ball joint in the E setting. We also attempted to max the caster on the lower control arm cam bolts and in doing so I can tell the wheels are now sitting further forward in the fender well. I’m going to take the truck for an alignment tomorrow after work but I’m debating whether to leave the UCA ball joint in setting E or move it to setting D.

The goal is to end up with camber and toe as close to 0° as possible and around +3° of caster. And ultimately, I’m just trying to make enough room for my 285/70/17 tires to fit without having to touch the cab mount. So far the truck feels great (except for my off center steering wheel) and I’m pleased with the upgrade, I just want to figure out the best upper ball joint setting so I only have to get it aligned once.
