This was my first ever welding experience! On the ground, on critical compnents of my truck, 2 inches away from molten metal.

Piss off OSHA, i had a helmet on. Sometimes.

    Haha!

Cause none of us ever buy things we don’t absolutely need, like RTTs or pretty coolers? I bet that Engel cost more than my shit

Engle was just a hair more than an Ozark after a few strings pulled. Obviously still not a must have, but saves a lot of headache not having to worry about going out and getting more ice on a longer trips every day...
And I don't know about most people, but my RTT has probably came close to paying for itself from just my trip last year alone. Camping in one spot, totally not necessary. Moving from location to location, absolutely perfect. However, if I paid money for that sucker, you're dang right I'm going to pack it around and use it if I'm out in the woods. So me personally, i can't complain about neither of those things. Now my CB listening to these guys on the trail, total waste of $

I’m just giving him crap, none of you guys buy frivolous things. I’d love to have both the Engel and an RTT.

I’ve been eye-balling an Ozark, what strings need to get pulled for the Engel?

Well @tacofort is just a hair questionable, but if we ever need anything all the way to the kitchen sink, you can bet he's there with it to help ya out.
Brother is an "Engle team member" whatever that means. I just know it takes a little off the :spending:

I am, Shelbyville to be specific.

I was going to head up to Cincy to have Jibbs and Presta24 help me install suspension. Figured I’d get stuff burned in at the same time. But it doesn’t need to happen then

Sounds great to me! I should have all my suspension stuff together in the next few weeks, once ADS decides to build my parts. Everything else in on the way on in my garage waiting.

I’ll give you a shout when I’m ready and maybe we can set something up.

What next on your build list?

Depending on the timing, either 5MT swap.
    Or repair my AC system.
    Or replace my rear brakes.
Or just finish installing all the lights.
    Or do "custom" LCA's.
    Or an aux gas tank...

I should probably figure that out.

I just picked up this 60qt last night: https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/search/treeline cooler

The few reviews I've found on Treeline coolers said to buy it at this price point during the Father's Day sale

This guy gets it. It can’t do anything but improve the truck so why not?
