They appear to have good online reviews. May stop by and see what they say.

Probably better to keep the Convo going here vs the for sale thread.
Definitely lots of BS in the LT BS thread, but still good pictures, and links to cool build threads to check out.

I also think its worth discussing the real cost/timeline of a fully built truck, everything is more than kit sticker prices lol.

@Bandido did you post this in the future? the timestamp says June 21st 12:49 AM. I guess something is still on Korea time.
and thanks for leading me here.

Here I go again... Hi everyone, I'm from Lexington but I've been away for the past nine years, the past seven of which have been in South Korea. I just flew back to Lexington last week and my '95 2.7 L XtraCab is on a RORO ship right outside of Baja. Unfortunately it's on its way to Freeport, TX. (ETA July 6th) Anyway, it's going to get a Solo long travel kit installed after it arrives and any original parts from the front end will be available, as well as some new parts that I purchased with the original intention of using. The new parts are currently in Solo's shop in Covina, CA and the parts yet to be removed are obviously in the Pacific right now. Everything could potentially make it's way back to the tri-state area if someone is interested in buying. New parts, I will let go for less than retail. Here's a list of everything available (mileage is ~119,500):

NEW Accutune Fox 2.5 remote reservoir with DSC - 600 lb coils - tuned
NEW Wheelers Front extended brake line set (red)
    NEW Durobumps front bump stops
    Original front fenders
Original lower and upper control arms
Original Toyota axles - (manual hubs w/o ADD)
    spindles/hubs/manual wheel dials
30X9.5R15 K0 tire set (depends on if my bank account is toast after everything I'm having done)
Miscellaneous hardware (if it’s removed, then I can sell it or give it to you depending on what it is)

If there's something you're interested in, please message me and I'll give you a price or figure one out.

regarding the real cost and timeline of installing the kit, it's probably better that I don't know at this point haha. better that the wife is in Korea still because she won't be able to murder me when she finds out. it'll make me wish I had installed those mid travel parts myself in Korea before importing the truck. Would've saved a ridiculous amount of money. @Bandido if you wanna take on this LT build in July, be my guest haha

nice to kind of meet everyone. don't fight each other over my cool stuff :D

Ok...trying to avoid turning this into a pity party... Late May of 2020, I was diagnosed with Multipcle Myeloma. (Cancer of blood plasma and bone marrow) Had a stem cell Transplant in Dec. Of 2020. More than 2 years of chemo. I get that every day now. I struggle to walk.Long story made short...I'm running out of time.

I want to go wheelin' one more time. Gotta make it an easy trip. I'm thinking Spaas Creek. Looking for help. A few people who know their way around RRG area, and don't mind a s.l.o.w. ride through an easy trail. Needs to be a Saturday. I'm fairly open on a date.

Any interest, reach me through here.

My Silverado runs good, if you need a seat to sit in I can drive, as for familiarity with the area

Sorry to hear about your health issues...cancer sucks! Still a little ways off but I'll be heading to Red River Gorge the first weekend of August and plan to do an offroad trip centered around the easy/medium bits of the DBBB. So far it'll be me and 2 Jeep buddies. Anyone is more than welcome to join us. I'll create a new post after the Fourth to gauge interest. When I went in March I couldn't get anyone on this forum to join me!

Question is if you are going to be doing Old Fincastle....that boulder looks iffy.

Ive been wanting to get down that way, but its over 5 hours from up here :(

I skip the Old Fincastle road section...that is very rocky and would require sliders, IMO. I have a DCLB with 3" lift, 33" Nitto Ridge Grappler tires and winch bumper; No sliders. I need the lift with my Trail Limo to clear some of the approach and decents in and out of creek crossings without smacking my ass end, but I would recommend a bit of a lift regardless as even some of the easy sections have some deeper ruts depending on recent rain. If you have a shorter wheelbase though and aggressive tires, a stock TRD should get through most of what I drive.

You could still to a fair bit of DBBB. I’m not stock but I did 90% of spaas creek in 2wd back in may. And all of Johnson hollow in 2wd. You can definitely get out there. If you’re worried about pin stripes though, I’d advise against 95% of the trails

@Bluegrass Taco Definitely would like to get out and ride. I think I can make that first weekend in August. I had a different trip planned that weekend, but don't think I'll make that....so still need to confirm with the wife that wheeling may work instead.

I know a few easier routes down there....although I think my definition of easier may be slowly changing. But most of the north section on the DBB should be relatively easy and could be a good route. Spaas, Johnson Hollow, Clifton Rd, and maybe FS1085.

I’ve been cleared to go  hopefully my rear bumper is in by then. And maybe I’ll even find the time to build my skid plates
