Waddy Ky, work in Frankfort, right between Louisville and Lexington.
I probably won't get to do much wheeling rest of this year as I am working pretty much every weekend until January. Don't count me out though, will definitely try to swing the Central KY Blue Holler meet. May show up early am Saturday though.

nazerethmorning 014.jpg nazerethmorning.jpg OK...I'm from Indiana. We live in Kentucky. I've travelled a lot in Ohio.

My wife and I will be going back to Black Mountain at least one more time this year. Doin' my homework on Redbird (IN) and working on a get together on Nov 21st @ Blue Holler. The best place to keep up with that is a thread in midwest, "The Official Central Ky Thread".

I had just enough time this morning to get a line in the water for about 2 hours. Then home to get a little work done.

I need a life like this......

I'm in Louisville and brand spanking new to the Tacoma community. I'm a lifelong off roader though having owned Jeeps for almost my entire adult life. Happy to get together sometime especially if it's to do some offroading!

I'll sign in from Cincy, although I do not have a Tacoma anymore. I have a lifted 4th Gen 4Runner daily driver and a FJ40 that I typically wheel. Kids and sports do not leave much time for 4 wheeling.

Handle has been around since they old Delphi Tacoma Territory boards if any remembers those. I had a nicely built 98 Tacoma back then, I wonder if it is still around OH. Frame rust probably won.

Just a reminder....Still plans in the works for a meet up and 4-wheelin' @ Blue Holler ORP on the 21st. Blue Holler is about an hour and a half south of Louisville Ky. Contact me through this thread, the "official Central Kentucky Thread", or PM if interested. Trying to get a core group together from Tri-State area with plans on organizing many group trail rides next summer.

Also, just now starting to put together a weekend run to Black Mountain in early to mid December. Same contact info. Winter is almost upon us. Let's get in the woods AT LEAST one more time before Christmas.

Howdy! Do you ever end up in the Mt Washington area? I saw a 2016 like yours on Bardstown Rd one day last week. They kinda stand out since there aren't so many of 'em yet!

Anyway, we'll be headed to Blue Holler Off Road Park, about an hour and a half south of Louisville on Saturday November 21st. This will be a low keyed meet up. I'm trying to get all the active off roaders in the area a little more organized before NEXT year. Also, I'm looking at a run to Black Mountain in Harlan Ky 1st or 2nd weekend in December. Miles and miles of trails that are VERY friendly to stock or near stock vehicles.

Follow these events in the "Official Central Ky Thread" in the Midwest forum.

Why yes, yes I do travel up and down Bardstown Rd. on a pretty regular basis. I am looking into the 21st. We have a Cub Scout event on the 20th that'll go pretty late, so, if I head down to Blue Holler, it'll be early am on the 21st. I'll let you know. Thanks for putting it together!

I drive my wife insane, but I have to comment on every Tacoma I pass. And there is a TON of 'em running around the Louisville area. Yep! the group that is going on the 21st, looks like just about everyone is going down that morning. Exit 71 off of I-65, then follow Hwy 728 to their gate. 728 changes from one road to another several times, but is well marked. This probably won't be an all day affair. The place isn't all that big.

I think that's the Putney trailhead @ Black Mountain. We went in from the Evarts trailhead. Lots of long climbs, extraordinary views, and the opportunity to watch some of the really exotic 4wd's on the side trails. The place is incredible!
