    Yes it's possible. Not difficult but extra hands will make it easier. Will require new upper control arms.

    Thanks for the response. Why would I need new upper control arms? I'm asking because I don't know, not because I don't trust your answer.

    Thank you! Quick question though. I don't need any special equipment to remove the spacer, right?

    I want to remove the lift then in the future level the truck.

    Yes, the spacer I have sits above the coil. I just don't understand why I would need a new upper control arm.

    I was assuming he wanted the 3" lift still. So to get your alignment correct new uca will be needed more than likely.

    No, I just want to remove my 3 inch spacer lift for now, then level the front with adjustable shocks in the future. Thank you @BDub and @mwc273 for your responses, I really appreciate it.

    Lift less than 2", stock uca will be able to maintain stock caster. 2.5" or higher you will need aftermarket uca's to be able to get your caster within stock specs.

    It's all good man, we'll go some other time. I do want you to look at my truck one of these days for some advice, I wanna remove the aftermarket exhaust and maybe the lift.

    Hello,
    Yeah I trimmed 2.5" off of the fenders and the flares. Cab mount chop, flatened pinch weld, and bashing with a sledge of the firewall and fender wells. With all that I still have a few more spots that need to be "massaged" back a bit. I'm also running 1.25" wheel spacers (though that could have been solved with the proper wheel backspace/offset). I don't rub going forward full lock side to side until the truck is flexed out. Those are where it needs some fine tuning. In reverse, the control arm bushings flex so much I rub at full lock even not flexing. It's not horrible, I still wheel it, just with some rubbing. If you haven't already been through it, read the 35's with 3" lift thread, lots of info there. If you decide to pull the trigger let me know, would love to help out. Also if you guys want to meet up for coffee let me know. I'm in Dayton so not too far of a drive. I've been to a few coffee shops in Cincy.

    I have been trying to make it the past two years, but stuff happened, and it did not work out. I really want to go this year. I'm a definite maybe! Lol. I'll keep you posted as I know more.

    Oh, I also don't want to do a ton of hard rock crawling, as I will be driving my truck out and back. Really interested in exploring arches and canyonlands sights. I wish we could hit black bear pass and imogene pass, but at that time of year they will still be snow covered.
