I was a Chrysler/Jeep/dodge mechanic for quite a few years. If you need a hand holler at me.

Much appreciated. In the middle of tackling the job in my garage at the moment. The monkey-fisted pricks at Tire Discounters have cost me 2 impact sockets and 10 lug nuts so far. Then similar asshats at Zimmer Motors way over-torqued the caliper brackets on the drivers side when they changed a hub in April. I’ve got the top one off, and am presently taking a break as the bottom one is just as bad.

Before I put it up on stands, I took a peek with a breaker bar at the UCA bolts under the hood. Both front and rear bolts rotated on the drivers side (good), but only the nuts rotated on the passengers side (bad). Been soaking them down with WD40 every couple of hours since last night. Won’t have to worry about them until I get the steering knuckles out. I might need to take you up on the “phone-a-friend” option if I get hung up on those. Not sure I have what’s needed to get past those UCA bolts if they’re too stuck.

How often do you use them and what color did you choose?

I'm trying to decide between white and amber color. I believe the amber may be easier on the eyes in the evening and possible show more detail. Another added benefit is if there's snow on the ground, you're less likely to be blinded by the light reflection. However, I may just be overthinking the whole thing... and white would be just fine. Thoughts?

I went with white... they haven't been helpful for me yet TBH. I have 8 on the truck and need (want) to re-position them to be more helpful. I now feel that ditch lights and roof-rack mounted side floods would have been a much better lighting solution for night wheelin.

If you wheel at night, they're legit useful.

Otherwise, we're reliving Fast and Furious, and my very early high school years.

I’ve decided projector headlights aren’t for me. I don’t like the way the cutoff makes it hard to see deer, streetwalkers and other road hazards in the dark area above the cutoff.
So I’m parting with these headlights and the LED tail lights once I get the others installed next week. They’re in really great condition. Don’t care if you buy and resell.

Any interest, PM me and make an offer. Local meet and hand deliver only. Not patient enough to pack and ship.
