Damn, just found this thread of yours and went through all 10 pages. Didn't realize just how much you have done sine I installed that SC for you not so long ago now. Wish I would have paid more attention to everything when I saw you a few weeks ago. Damn work takes up too much of my time.

Truck looks awesome and I will be taking some pointers from your thread when winch time finally comes for me.

Yes, the 2nd one is my favorite as well. Good looking moon shot. Hoping that the wx and timing cooperate this weekend, supposed to be the biggest full moon of '13.

Lots to do this weekend. Retrofit D2S kit showed up yesterday. Just got finished testing all the components so now it's time to start assembling.

Also, have 30K service to do. Only thing I'm not doing right now is the spark plugs as they were replaced at 4200 miles when the SC was installed.

Yes, another reason I'm not doing it this weekend. Do you have torque specs for that thing?

Like I told you when I saw you last, I think I might be able to do them without pulling the SC. Haven't tried yet, but those are iridium plugs I put in yours when I installed the SC, they shouldn't need to be changed @30K like the factory plugs.

What's the maintenance interval on those? I figured they stayed the same as factory ones but like what I hear.

I am actually in the process of looking that up right now, I will get back to you when I have a better idea, but I am sure it should be extended past the factory 30K interval.

OK, I cannot honestly answer the question. I have searched but cant find any definitive information on it. MOST Toyota iridium spark plugs are rated to 120K, but being supercharged, IMO, I would say to replace them @ 60K. But you can choose whatever, but honestly that's my best edumacated guess.

You could always pull one from the passenger side @ 30 or 40K and see how they look. But, experience tells me to let them go till 60K.

Yeah I'd like to grab that from you if I can.

I'll probably just let them go to 60K. Haven't seen any change in mileage and performance feels the same.

You probably wouldn't notice a difference anyway. I have a taco in my bay right now with 120k on it and I found the original plugs still in it. It was an easy sell at that point, but damn I couldn't believe that.

As for the file for the install, if he can't get it for you I can, just let me know.

Halo's installed and have the projector cut off pretty level. Time for bed, I'll seal this one up tomorrow and do the wiring. Finish the passenger side tomorrow night once it gets dark.
