    Black shrouds? I like how it looks, the shrouds reflect off the bowls to make it look black.

    Yes! I like a little bit of chrome, don't like the all black look. And the "chrome" on the shrouds were already flaking and bubbling.

    It also reflects the amber halos well too. And like Wrmathis said everyone either blacks everything out or leaves it chrome.

    Now I need to figure out where and how to mount the control box and ballasts.

    my ballasts are mounted to the radiator. not sure if i have pics of it tho. they mount to the mounting tabs

    as for control box, what j00 mean by that?

    The 3rd box with all the wiring harnesses.

    As far as the radiator are you talking about the two bolts up top near the headlights?

    if i remember right its on the drivers side against teh fender. i think there is abolt/screw thing going on back there. i can go out and take a pic real quick

    I like the idea of both. Have to think about it for a few days before I decide. The only downside I see to going with DTRL is they turn off with the headlights on. Other than that I'm leaning that way.

    Projector cut-offs are real close now so time to seal them up and aim them.

    What kit u go with? And what size are the angel eyes? Thinkin about doing it and U sold me on it. Also how u mount them to the shrouds and what shrouds u have?

    D2S with apollo shrouds. And I used their angel eyes, http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=14906 .

    They are slightly larger than the diameter of the cuts on the shrouds but that allows for a larger surface area to silicone them to the shrouds. Then the projector provides a nice snug fit on the backside.
