It is the brass 90*. Mine did the same thing. I replaced it with a rubber hose from Harbor Freight. BTW, do you still have your plugs the go where your locker solenoids are? I need them.

Do you have a picture of your set-up? Not quite tracking what you're saying.

I probably have them somewhere. Doing a mega cleanup of the house tomorrow, I'll let you know if I come across them.

Oh, I replaced the hose, the PVC one you have that is ballooning....I replaced it with a rubber hose. It stopped it. That bend creates a shit ton of heat, so the PVC can't handle it....

Ahh okay, is it air compressor hose or what? I bought this off of a spool of air compressor hose at the hardware store.

Wonder if fuel line would hold up to the PSI and heat?

Well the Garmin hardwire harness doesn't completely work with the 2455LMT, I lose the traffic capability. I guess the traffic antenna is in the power cord. Now to find some sort of solution since this power wire draped across the dash and steering column is annoying me.

I may just buy another cord specific for this unit and cut it up to hardwire. Don't want to hide this one for when I move the GPS from vehicle to vehicle.

yeah was gonna say that. and you dont really have to cut up the wire. get a add a cigarette lighter thing from autozone and wire that up behind the dash and just plug the extra harness up to that then run it behind the dash to where u need it

This is an auto unfortunately. But it'll get me to and from work so that's all I need.
