Really love your build, wish I could run 35's, but I still can't seem to get my 285's to stop rubbing yet. How much did you cut out of your flares? How bad is the tire rub when wheeling? Do you think you'll be able to completely eliminate the rubbing? Also, are there any fit issues with the ATO bumper? Is the quality of the bumper bad, or is the issue just with the swingout tire carrier? I really like the lines of the ATO better than the others, but I don't want to buy one and have the issues you're having. IF the issues is only with the swingout I might still consider the bumper and just have Demello or another shop fab up a tire carrier like Dean did.

Thats what i would do, i honestly like ATOs base bumper vs. Any other but obviously they didnt adopt kevins swingout design, they changed it and its failed. Do what dean did

Thanks bro I feel the same way, I like the ATO best. Is it the spindle that is failing, or is it the latching system that locks the swingout closed?

All of my rubbing should be taken care of this weekend after the wheel wells and fire wall get a little loving with the sledge. I cut 2.3" out of the fenders and 2.1" out of the flares. The base bumper itself is fine other than a pain in the ass to access the hitch pin. I also don't have a place to hook safety chains but I hear he's addressed that and I had a bracket made for the trailer wiring plug.
    This
I recommend having Demello making your tire gate. Both the spindle and latch have been the problem. The latch problem was fixed when it got sent back but the spindle is still an issue.
    Go Gators!

Did you end up punching a hole in your take/fuel lines? Or was that someone else at the outpost?
