Yeah she was a bit nervous last night. New people, no more littermates, and never been indoors before.

Not a rescue, looked at a few but with the cost of adoption it's absurd.

My GF's 10 month old rescued catahoula was $90 and had all her shots. Best money spent in a long time.

    Congrats on the new companion!

I heard that, some places even require dog training and them coming out to your house every few months for the first year.

I just went to animal control and got mine, places like SPCA and others are making it more difficult and costly to deal with.

Exactly! Rather start from the beginning for a little more for that kind of money.

Yep, that's why they aren't setting up any adoptions at the event, when they have people adopt a dog, they have a lot of requirements and actually come out to your house and do check ups to make sure the dog is getting proper care, I understand why they do it though, it sucks that it's how things have to be now due to mistreatment of animals.

As soon as we can get her some training I'm sure she would love to go play. Couldn't hardly get her to leave a 1yr old lab alone today.

Fuck that sucks, not even enough time for two pumps and a dump. Guess there will be plenty of mod time though.
