    I'm just starting to learn as well :anonymous:

    I'm using a Northern Tool 110 flux buzz box. I'd recommend spending the money up front and get a machine that will be worth it in the long run. Look at what Phil has (I'll upgrade to that or similar in the future).

    I use a 140amp Lincoln Mig. Great machine. Much easier to use than Flux Core.

    Sounds good, I actually have the same one as Phil. Wishing I got a 220 one now, but this one will be good to learn with. Plus both of you have done cool projects w/ what you got so I'm sure I can make it work.

    Little more progress tonight. Just need to get the strap mounts located and drilled then I can get the base built and slides secured into it.
