I've replaced the upper and lower ball joints, coilovers, inner and outer tie rods, swaybar endlinks but when I go over bumps, it still sounds like there is a "clanging" almost like pots and pans banging together. I've even bent out the dust shield to no avail. Is there any chance its a bushing for the UCA or LCA? Wheel bearing loose? I'm at a loss. Its only on the driver's side and nothing seems to be loose on external parts.

I would get under there and have someone bounce the bumper up and down to try and see/hear what is going on. Also use your hand to bang on all the shields you see. It sounds like it will be a light metal noise not a heavy item based on your pots and pans description
