    Hi Guys,
    Finally got around to Detailing the truck, As I said in a previous post I had received a Meguiars Clay Bar kit for Christmas and Today was warm enough to wash, What I didn't expect was all of the crap on the paint of a new vehicle,Now the surface is SMOOTH as glass and very shiny :D
    I preformed a very soapy, detailed wash, Clayed, according to directions applied 2 coats of Meguiars NXT! This is the result...Glad I found this thread!

    Either your truck was not bad to start with or your extremely fast... For me to Clay Bar, Light Buff and Wax a truck it takes me every bit of 2-2.5 hours

    ive been detailing my own stuff for a long long time, maybe my understanding of time goes out the window when i do it, that must be why my wife is always mad when i go in the garage

    hahha, yeah, I know how that goes... Honey, I will be in the garage for a few minutes... Next thing I hear is "I'm headed to bed" :D

    So when you use the clay bar do you want to do one section then wipe off then do another like you would do when waxing?
