I had a terrible time with the center storage compartment cover. any tips? mine is loose around the edges and looks cheap compared to rest of the stuff

 

I didn't like the color or the "fit" ... so ... having said that mine's for sale.

 

Do the WO go under the plastic tray in the back seats when folded down?

Throw it away! If they would have put an extra 1/2 inch of material all the way around it would have worked better. But after several hours of screwing with that thing I pitched mine! Love the fit and finish of the seat covers though. I would buy them again!
