For Father’s Day my wife wants me to order seat covers for my ‘07 TRD access cab. Since it will be a single row leather insert order it will come in below the $499 threshold for the $100 Tacomaworld coupon. I see a military discount, is that for veterans as well and if so how much is it and what do you need as proof of service?

Just ordered the black with black leather & black stitching. It was in stock, it'll be shipped within 24hrs, I can't wait to see how they look!

 

That was a super fun two nights. Front seats one day and back seats the next day. @Clazzio can you add an option for these Tacomas for cutouts on the rear seats so the black plastic covers can be installed over the covers. I just cut slits in the leather, but the screw holes were a bitch to get lined back up again.

The head rest clip is super confusing. There is a plastic u shaped clip on one side, and a flat piece of plastic sewn to the leather on the other side. Fold the flat plastic inward so its touching the underside of the leather. Then stretch it and tuck it into the u shaped plastic. If its done right on the side with the flat plastic, the leather will be towards the foam and the flat plastic will be facing away from the head rest.

Seat warmers are going to have to wait a few weeks. Thats gonna take at least a full day. Need to pull out both seats and most of the center console to get to the lower switch panel. The plan is to install the @MESO 8 switch lower panel so I have 2 blanks to use. I already have the Tacomapro.com Bussman RTMR installed for the light bar so the electrical should be super simple since there is a 30amp line on the RTMR in the cab already

 

Got the leather on & it looks great, just needing to find a good wiring diagram to get the seat warmers plugged in. Pads are already on the seats with the wires coming out the crease in back ready to connect. If anyone has good instructions on wiring the warmers, I'd def appreciate a link or something

I believe the order has to be $599 or higher for the "tacomaworld" code to work. Mine was just under at $580, so I just used clazzio10 & it gave me 10% off. Hope that helps!

 

I had forgotten about that THX - I am close but not quite there -

They used to have an option where you paid more but they came quicker/were made in the US - that would push me over but it doesn't seem to exist anymore -

 

When I got mine, there was the option to go with covers they currently had in stock, or custom design your own. The ones in stock arrived would arrive in 3-5 days, & the custom ones took 8-10 weeks. I just wanted black on black, & luckily they had 1 left in stock so I just picked that one up & it was at my house 2 days later. You could bump the price up slightly with embroidering or buying a shit load of air fresheners lol.

 

I got what you are saying and appreciate the suggestion - I would almost do that but I want the dark green stitching [my truck is spruce mica] b/c I am hoping it will look nice. .

I got an answer on the expedited stuff from Clazzio - apparently you can only get the leather ones quicker/made in USA but not the artificial suede or other options - so that explains that discrepancy and with that all put in my cart + heated seats I am well over the minimum $$ for TacomaWorld code so score on that??

With the embroidery i see how you submit a picture, how do you ask for letters to be in a different color

 

Right before you upload a custom image for your embroidery, there’s a list of colors to choose from under the “Stitching Color” menu. Otherwise, a “multi color” option will be chosen for you. Basically, Clazzio will match whatever colors are in your image.

Just upload the “Tacoma” font and pick blue in the list, pictured below.

They follow up with you with a sample of the stitching before shipping out your seat covers. If you don’t like it then you can let them know right away and they’ll fix it for you.

choose the made in USA expedited and cannot wait for them to arrive!!

 

Just put mine in last weekend. Highly impressed.
Tip: have a hair dryer or heat gun avail to make it easier to pull on, they are tight fitting.

 

Hey! Can someone confirm if these are real clazzios? Not sure why they are so much cheaper than the rest I have seen. 339 for front and rears seems too good to be true.

I now see this is the cheaper material. Is there a big difference in quality from the pvc to real leather?
