Clazzio leather seat covers!

Not too bad, but its warmer than cloth!

 

FYI I was on the fence around Feb 6-7. Waited until Feb 8 to order and they showed 2 sets of all black in stock. As soon as I placed order they emailed that all black were sold out and mine are the 1st set of next shipment. They have been showing "on container" since Feb 10th. Anxiously awaiting arrival. These are actually made in Japan and shipped to Clazzio before they ship out to customers. That explains the long delay for special colors and stitching. I had a chance to change color choices but did not want a longer wait time. In comparison it took 4 weeks to get special dual color Coverking neosupremes delivered for wifes car. Basically same price but no comparison in appearance. Wife is happy but she didn't pay for them. It is torture watching this thread not knowing my delivery date. Bottom line is get the eff of the fence and order you a set.

 

Mine are at "Embroidery", hopefully shipping this week. Also, just goes to show how much IDGAF about whatever generation Tacoma people have. I just now realized this was in a Third Gen section lol, makes alot more sense why everyone kept saying third gen covers were sold out lol. Anyhoo, can't wait to get mine installed! Gonna have to hit up my detailer for a full seat shampooing prior to install, there are a few stains and they are pretty dirty! (Shit I still have mud and dirt on my weathertechs from offroading like 4 months ago lol)

 

UPDATE ON GROUP BUY : Sorry I took long guys to get back to y'all. Anyways I called and they said no to a group buy bc they have been selling those like hot cakes ! It wouldnt really benefit them at all. Sorry guys . I gave it a try though .

 

They offer really good prices though if you call them . You cant complain about their prices. They look really really good and well made , definitely worth every penny it looks like . They're very nice people too ...

 

Yup.....they told me the exact same thing when I tried to set it up a couple weeks ago.

 

So please forgive my ignorance if this sounds stupid. I read if you use steam. Like from a small portable steam cleaner like a shark etc. but not too close. It will soften up the material for an easier installation. those of you that have installed. Your opinion?

I have been hesitant to order but yours all look so damn good. Going to do a custom two tone with Black/blue with blue stitching and TRD logo blue embroidered. I know the wait is longer but seems since they are out of stock on just black. What the hell is a couple weeks in the grand scheme.
Anybody have a good TRD gif. I could use for the emblem? I have a blazing blue sport

I don't know about steam. Sounds like a reasonable tool. I am going to try a hair dryer on mine. Got update today. Ordered black-black-black on Feb 8 and has shown on container for a week. Email today said delivery expected week of March 11. Has anyone cleaned their TRD fabric seats. I want to do a cleaning before I install the clazzios. Not sure what to use on the dark fabric.

 

After reading this thread and doing some more research, I've decided to upgrade with these covers. Great reviews and quality and much cheaper than spending a couple grand on full leather replacement. Soon as I find the best deal I can on these, I'm pulling the trigger.

 

Trust me this is the best deal on covers of this quality. Spent nearly $500 for exact matching Coverking neosupremes for wife. In comparison this is a steal.

 

Did everybody just order black and black with custom stitching? I have Inferno exterior. I am not in a hurry to have the covers. I wonder if anybody is also thinking of ordering one that is all RED?... I had a beige interior on my Accord which I kinda miss. My friend has a black BMW with a RED interior which i think is really cool. Anybody trying something different with the Clazzios? just curious.

 

As I posted above. black with blue inserts blue stitches and a blue Toyota embroidered logo. I got a call from them today. They started my order. They did caution me no refund on special orders and could take 8-12 weeks. The longest order to come in was 16 weeks but they said that is very unusual. I figure to get them by spring just in time for a warm day to install them. I think red body with red inserts and black stitches would look good. MHO. They do send out swatches to see how close it would match the inferno paint if that is what your looking to do

 

Has anyone had an issue getting in contact with Clazzio? I purchased covers for my access cab through the clazzio website earlier this week. I have been charged (quite quickly) for the covers and have a receipt but have not received any order confirmation or shipping estimate from them. Have tried calling and emailing with no response. Are these guys legit or did I just get screwed out of almost $300

 

I spoke to them yesterday around noon time. They confirmed my order and sent me tracking information on the status of my order.

 

That is good news at least. Will keep trying to reach them and get info on when I can expect my order.

i think i lost my confirmation to Gmail spam as well. I later emailed them to cancel my order and they were very responsive and refunded me immediately. these guys are legit, I wouldn't sweat it.

 

I went through and searched and that is indeed what happened. Although I feel slightly foolish I am happy that I will be getting these kick ass new covers in about a month! Thanks for the help!

 

If you purchased through PayPal you can use your transaction number PayPal gives you and you email addy on Clazzio web site. There is a link on there site for track my order.

 

Have any of you guys installed their seat heaters? Seems to make sense to add those at the same time. $179 from Clazzio is a lot cheaper than buying a $2300 package from Toyota to get seat heaters.
