Main factory is now fully in Japan. Many years ago they had some other factories helping out, but now the new facility is fully out of Japan. Many too, we make in California.

Keep in mind, pictures always show different colors because of lighting. I can just send you sample pieces if you want to see them in person.. send me your name and address.

Just installed dark gray in my access cab. After a week or so I will tighten them up and get the stitching in the right place.

It still works, just takes an extra minute to go through the seat covers... It may not be as fast but, still works... It's going through memory foam and the perforated leather, so doesn't take too much longer.. :)

That is really good news! Do you have any photos? I'm thinking about ordering dark gray with white stitching.

edit: I missed the photo you posted above. Looks good. Seems like it is lighter than the stock interior to me? I was thinking my seats were almost the same shade/darkness as my console. I will double check though.

The performance will get worse; almost to the point that your heated seats are useless. It takes about ~10 minutes for mine to heat up, but my truck is already warm by then... that being said - the looks are worth it.

Look at my seat in the pic and then look at the jump seat in the back. I think the dark gray is a little darker but a better color than Toyota picked. I didn't put the console cover on because I thought the black looked better with the gray seats.

I've been in a Rav4 with black leather interior while my truck is being held hostage for its rear diff leak... In any case, I'm really liking the leather and thinking about going Clazzios when I get my truck back in 2038. Can anyone in the South comment on the all black without any added window tint? Will they melt my thigh meat off?

I've had the front covers in my 2nd gen for about a month now. The covers make the seats smaller. I sit taller and forward more than I like.
Also, my biggest gripe, and I've adjusted the cover twice now. When sitting in the seat putting normal human pressure on the seat the cover pulls the sides of the stock seat bolster and dig into my sides. I'm going to try and put some foam under the cover (like lumbar support) and hope the cover doesn't pull the stock seat anymore.

Hmmm...thanks for the feedback, that's a bit disappointing. I definitely want them to work come winter.

Ok I'm looking into clazzio. Just need some input from experience. Is the leather necessary or is the PVC just as good. Lemme know with some pictures. I'm about to pull the trigger

There is a discussion about PVC vs Leather a few pages back. And several pictures. I suggest you read this thread throughly. Or skim through a couple of pages and you'll find good info.

need to learn more about this stuff
the guy who runs the clazzio user @Clazzio will say go leather. the PVC is more for showroom i believe. not for everyday usage. with the TACOMAWORLD code and discount, if you can't get the leather, id say keep saving until you can. really for under $450 there is no comparison to the Clazzios.

Ahhh!! I custom ordered TRD Pro Style Clazzio Leather Seat Covers, and after 6 weeks they've finally arrived. Unfortunately, my truck is also being held hostage for its rear diff leak.

After waiting about 6 weeks for the TRD Pro style covers to come in, they're finally installed. I couldn't be happier with them so far. I've had them in for 2 or 3 days now and they look great! Here are a few pics I just took in the garage. They're iPhone pics so they aren't the best but you get the idea.
