Clazzio leather seat covers!

I ordered last night and got the confirmation email this morning with the tracking info.

 

Which ones did you order? You ordered last night and already got tracking/shipping info?

 

My container's shipment got pushed back to the 1st as well. Hopefully they come in fairly quickly once they get on the container but am thinking I will be using towels for a while still lol

 

Where you originally told the 18th of this month?

 

Talked to them this morning, they have my order and info and should be in the 1 April shipment as well. They were not sure why it didnt automatically generate an email confirmation but will resend.

 

No I was just told 4-5 weeks when I ordered on the 16th. I would assume will be more in the 7-8 range at this point

If you're using gmail it may have sent it to your spam file. They have apparently fixed this issue in the last week or so but all my emails from them went to spam until recently and several others have mentioned having the same issue.

 

I ordered the standard leather ones for an AC. I used the coupon code LUCKY2X for 10% off and free shipping. $315 out the door. Yes, I got the confirmation email with tracking info this morning at 8:24 am. I used Paypal, if that matters.

 

Not using Gmail and was checking inbox, junk mail, POPMAIL and spam folders, nothing arrived.

No worries, they were able to resend and I received that after the call.

 

Mine are supposed to arrive tomorrow. Regarding the question about black being hot I already get a lot of sun heat in my factory graphite cloth seats and, for a brief momentary lapse of style, wondered if black leather would get too hot. I had black sport cloth in my 14 F150 and they soaked up heat too. I do not believe the covers are going to get over 5 or 10 degrees hotter initially. I am a huge user of my vent shades in the summer anyway. I would expect 3 minutes of a/c to make the leathers get cooler than the dark cloth. I have tan leather in my work car and they start hot and cool quickly with a/c. I don't expect a blistered scrotum or anything from the extra heat. But one could only dream.

Right on, so you figure the super cool look of the black leather will be worth it and you just dont think the dark grey (or even light grey ) will look anywhere near as nice as black? I agree black looks awesome with respect to the other cab graphite colors... does anyone out there think the greys will look decent or clash or just look ok but not as bad ass as black?

 

My interior is mostly black but the seats are dark grey cloth with light grey stitching. I ordered a sample color swatch from Clazzio and the dark grey is almost a perfect match. If I did black seats, the interior would look to much like a cave with all the other black in the trim, headliner, etc.

 

To each their own for colors. I have owned in the neighborhood of 50 vehicles. The classiest looking car interior I ever owned was in a late 90's low mileage loaded Toyota Avalon. It was jet black with black leather and was awesome. I have had several leather vehicles. I am old school so I remember when big luxury cars came with blue or green or gold or burgundy rich leather. None compared to black IMO. I do believe the grey would look fine though in this truck. I am an industrial guy so dark seats are extremely forgiving for me personally. That drives my decision. My tan leather in my car is nice but stains easier. I also have paranoi reboot issues from raising 3 kids on my previous seats. Grey would look better longer between cleanings. Black shows every piece of dust or lint. But damn that black is classy-oh.

 

Clazzio's definitely concave to the seat. Some of the pics were taken with a fisheye lense so the gave them more of a flat look but these really follow the bucket shape of the seat.

One thing I did notice is that the clazzio's dampen the seat warmers just a tad. My ass would literally burn at the highest setting but the covers bring it down a notch. overall, these things are super comfy and the black matches PERFECTLY with the black interior. These covers look like they came this way from the factory!

Those really look great! Has anyone added the heated seat kit offered by Clazzio?

 

I literally just got mine from the fedex driver. I was a little surprised. Everyone I talked to at Clazzio has said these were manufactured in, and shipped from, Japan. Not questioning the quality or value I just like to know who is getting my hard earned American dollars. I do not think this is how you spell Japan. Still glad to get them. 70's here this weekend so will be on by Saturday.

 

Does anyone know of a good fabric cleaner to use on my factory seats. Would like them super clean before I cover them.

 

That is disappointing. And quite misleading. I boycott China as much as possible and would have gone with something else had I known sooner.
