I'm about to order a set for my 21' and i have power seats. Does anyone have pics of how it's set up? Is it a loose fit or any way to get them tight fitting? I had them on my 09' and loved them.

I would assume that it is the same design as it was for my 2020 with powered driver seat. If so, you have a cord (foam I think) sewn in along the bottom side edge of the cover that tucks down into the plastic where the seat controls are. There really isn’t anything to tighten down on that side of the seat beyond just pushing the cord down behind the plastic. The straps to tighten it up run from front to back under the seat if I recall. Here is a pic of mine. I really should go back and retighten the straps, but I wasn’t too concerned at the time I installed them. EF5AD591-D732-481D-8F6D-5140B34A2319.jpg

Got mine today and installed the headrests and center console after work. That took a total of about 20 min. Will do the rest this weekend.

I put them on my 2021 Sport today. They look really good with the blue stitching matching the dash lights. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

There is also the normal TACOMAWORLD discount code. (Unless for some reason that stopped being a thing)

Post up pics when you get them installed.

I was looking for that code and forgot what it was. I knew we had one, but apparently too dense to try the site's name. Thanks man.

On $699 Custom Clazzios for the 3rd Gen Double Cab Tacoma:
    TACOMAWORLD gives a 100.01 discount
    BUSTABEATGEORGE gives a 100.75 discount

Got my set mostly in over the past two days along with heating pads.

I’ll hunt through this but curious if anyone can direct me to a post about what to do with the OEM plastic at the bottom of the front seats. I’m tempted to trim the edges so it will fit better on the seat back. Also tempting to sleeve it so it doesn’t get caught on the Velcro.

The center seat belt was a mild PIA.

Thinking I might try to do the work on relocating the plastic panels on the rear seat backs. Also might just remove them entirely so the subs might sound better. I’ll leave that for another day.

That plastic bit is supposed to be folded back up on itself and slid up the seat back. So it will be up behind the map pocket if that makes sense?

Yes, fully understood, just super clunky. Doesn’t fit clean. I’m tempted to trim the plastic edges straight so it fits better. Nobody else has done that?

Gotcha. I didnt trim mine. The plastic seemed to follow the contour of the seat back just fine. No noticeable creases or wrinkles I can see.

On my first attempt on the drivers seat, it did not fold up nicely like the passenger seat did. I just kept working with it and eventually it tucked up in properly. Not exactly sure why I struggled with that side.

I haven’t purchased a set yet but plan to shortly. Has anyone experienced the dye from the leather transferring (staining) their cloth seats? My ‘20 has the cement interior so the center of the seats is a lighter color. Just want to make sure the dye used for the leather won’t bleed through/into my factory cloth seats and stain them.

    Thanks

No. Even after lake days and getting them a little wet.
