When I installed mine, I left the seats in the truck (DC). I turned the bottom inside out approx 1/3 of the way up. It gave me something to grab on to to pull them down, shimmying from one side to the other, until it seats the top, then just peel them the rest of the way down from there. Took some work, but it wasnt too bad. I feel like leaving them in the truck keeps them still and solid. If unbolted, they will move around while your trying to fit these very snug covers. I had the Full Perf PVC version. installed for 2 years now. still look like upholstery. Still Thrilled! After a few of the warmer weeks, go back to your string cinches and resnug them.

yep. Same method I used. Everyone complaining about it being difficult and suggesting to remove the front seats… totally unnecessary. Leave the seats in, fold the seat back covers up, and slide them down. Easy.

I just installed the 2-tone PVC in 2023 DCSB To my luck it was 81 degrees January 7th first day I slipped on front seat covers next day cinched up. Monday I slipped on back seats and got in a fist fight with Center Console Cover I will say that was the most challenging piece I put it on got one back corner on then very very slowly with plastic butter knife included pulled and tugged till it finally got there. I like the console cover it "completes" the look was worth the time and effort I am sure it is harder in a real winter environment BTW the 2-tone colors look natural in the truck I think

My pics are at post #4491 I believe, if anyone is interested. Full Perf PVC. They told me prior to ordering at that time that the side panels were the same material as the Napa Leather version. I have seen posts suggesting otherwise since then. Not sure if they changed specs or if there is some misinformation there. I'd guess the present state of availability of base materials may have played in to it. I custom ordered just prior to all the turmoil in March 2020 beginning, took a few months to receive. I have shown them to detailers who didnt realize they were covers. Spectacular product!

I got the 1” foam from Hobby Lobby. I “fillet” it with a sharp knife to reduced it 1/2” thick. I’d use a high density foam (if you can find some in small piece) more suitable for upholstery projects.
Sorry I can’t find the left over foam to get more info…

Got my Clazzios in 2019, added heating elements as well with the older style toyota sized roller switch (i believe they are like a 5 or 6 position switch), one was bad on delivery and now the other is acting up and turning on in the off position. Does anyone have a source for higher quality switches or a 3 or 4 position rocker (off-low-med-high or off-low-high) that would be a direct replacement? pic is what I received from clazzio.

I was able to get my center console cover installed pretty nicely without foam. You do need to remove screws on the underside and tuck the excess. i had trouble with one of the screws reseating so i just found a slightly longer screw to secure it. This was a couple years ago now so my memory isn't exact but i believe i also had to loosen or remove the latch for the center console also and tuck under that as well. took about a half hour or so but was worth it in the end:

Are you looking for these switches? This is the entire kit I bought to go under my Clazzios....maybe the seller has these switches for sale on their own?

I dont think you can just swap out the switches on these. I believe the roller switch has a little smart box that controls it. The switches above use more direct wiring with a couple of relays to control the power. You would have to re-run the wiring.

I see this dates back a few years. How have these held up for people? I've ran wet okole for years in different vehicles. Fit is great but with lifted vehicles, sliding in and out, of course they're gonna wear.
