yea, I sat in a 2016 toy with no moon roof and had AT LEAST an extra 2 inches. The moonroof bezzle is really ridiculous and really does not need to be so obtrusive. I'd be surprised if the next few years they dont add either seat lowering or more head room in these. if you ever get a chance sit in one with a moon roof... the lack of head room is kinda shocking.

I did it in one with a moonroof...that's why I bought one without. I wanted a moonroof, but was too tall!

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
I'm 6'1" and I don't have a problem with the added cushion of the clazzios. I have a moon roof in my truck and haven't hit my head on it or anything.

yes, for sure that is great... it depends on your leg height, your torso height, your stance when you sit and drive, etc. I have had folks our height complain and others that say they are ok. One post explained how he modified the bezzle height of the moon roof and that is likely what I will need to do.
it sure would be nice if the seat height adjusted but not in this generation. The other thing is I really am too high in the cab... the viewing is not that great... it is good enough and I still love the truck. I do think it is made for folks of slightly less average height than 6 ft.

I have been really thinking about getting a set of these but I read on another thread that they slide and move around on the seat when you get in and out of the truck. Has anybody who has them experienced this issue?

Jesus. It's a leather seat. It's going to be 'slipperier' than a cloth seat. That's any leather seat. Put it this way, there will ALWAYS be someone who has to find something wrong with, or complain about ANYTHING. Seriously. Someone on here before complained about the reflection of the AC/heat vent bezel in the rearview mirror. I may just be giving people more credit than they deserve, but really just use common sense here. It's not like anyone is going around a turn and losing control of their truck and going head over heels because of a leather seat cover, or immediately falling out of the truck once they open the door because of the covers, but if either one of things really did happen, you probably should have your driver's license taken away from you.

Trust me, I'm currently bitching and moaning about the truck, but it's because my transmission is funked up, but aside from that I have no complaints. Id' say if you'r worrying about sliding off the seat go with a neoprene or Carhart material cover.

I think he meant the cover moves on the seat.. Not slipping on the seat!

Wow. Okay, really sorry I asked. I didn't mean my ass sliding on the seat I'm meant the actual seat cover moving. Didn't mean to make you upset, I was just curious.

Shit, then I apologize! As tight as these covers are to put on, there's no way they are slipping. Mine are rock solid. If you have any slipping of the cover over the stock seat, you didn't install it properly.

Good deal. Thanks for the info. I thought that would be the case because they look like they fit perfectly. I will probably pick a set up soon. Thanks again man.

They are a mild hassle to install, but thats what makes them worth it in the end. I've had mine for a little while now (I got one of the last sets that were in stock before everyone started ordering them and having to wait) and they are probably the best thing I've done to the truck so far besides the Toyota bed mat. Just go slow, don't rush the install, don't get frustrated, and I think what really makes them look great compared to just ok is the fine tuning. Watch the online videos and take the time to mold and knead the seats and the fabric and get the seams lines up perfectly. Sounds silly, but it really dials in the fit when you do that. It will be worth it in the end.

Good tip. They really do sound like they would be worth it. I though about a KATZKIN kit but I dont think I an brave enough to take the stock stuff all the way off.

I was on the fence and the Katzskins probably look a little better, and obviously closer to an OEM look, but unless you're really paying attention, most people who get in your truck won't know they are covers. I'm not knocking them, and if money was no object then I'd say go for the Katzskins, but I saw the Clazzios at 1/3rd the price of Katzskiins & install, and 90% of the looks. Was a no-brainer. Also are much easier to replace if there's damage as Clazzio will sell you a specific piece without having to buy an entire set and you can install it yourself. I snowboard, hike, mountain bike, have a dog, etc. The Clazzios look 10 times better than any other cover in it's price range or cheaper without a doubt.

I'm 5'8" and feel like the cab of the truck was made for me. No sunroof though. I feel for someone that is 6'+.

There is no slipping of these covers. They fit like a glove. Showed them to someone Sunday. He spent years on the Ford assembly plant. He could not tell they were covers and he looked thoroughly. I have had mine for one month and they look as good as any car I ever had with factory leather. A must buy. The only person secretly disappointed is the guy that paid more for Katzkins for the same looking seats.

Think I'm going to have to get a set ordered. You have any good pics of them? What color did you go with?
