For $1200 you can put Clazzios in and put $700 or more into other mods. Or just blow the $1200 and cry when you see how great the Clazzios are in other peoples trucks. The great thing is if I sell my truck I can peel my Clazzios off, have new cloth seats remaining and sell my used Clazzios and put the money back in my pocket. My friends and my azz cannot tell the difference between Clazzio covers and Katzkins. I spent under $1200 for rims, tires and Clazzios and feel pretty good about it 10 months later. My covers look just as good as any factory leather seats I had in 6 other vehicles. It's like I tell my kids. Anyone can have money. It's the smart people that know what to do with it.

My wifes uncle bought a new Subaru earlier this month and saw my truck for the first time while at a Christmas family get-together. He couldn't believe how nice the seats looked and said he liked them better than the leather seats in their Subuaru - that was nearly a $3k upcharge at the dealership for them to have.

I was contemplating buying another new Ford F150 prior to Toyota Corporate fixing several issues on my truck. The first thing I did was make sure Clazzios made covers for the F150. I refuse to ever spend $40k on a vehicle to get a package with leather as long as I can get Clazzios for it. Fortunately the Taco is fine. In fact it is at the dealer today at 8950 miles getting its 1 year service. I know that when I pick it up someone at the dealer will ask about my Clazzios. Happens every time I have been there. Best bang for the buck. I have stated before that, had I known about these covers, I probably would have installed them in my 2nd gen Taco and not sold it last year with only 60k miles on it. Never liked the Camry feel of those cloth seats.

I'm sure they're installing a pre-made leather kit for that price, which will include vinyl. I had two previous vehicles done in leather and than ran about that price, both were kit kits they installed. But if you can get all custom all leather seats installed for $1200 go for it.

I've always wanted red leather interior, this looks so good. I'm not so sure how it would look in a blazing blue pearl truck. Maybe too spiderman or supermanish.

Nice switch placement. Did you pull the console to drill the holes? About to pull the trigger on these with the heaters just not sure which heater switch to get.

Nope, you don't have to. You can reach your hand behind it.

And they will look even better after a few weeks when all the shipping wrinkles and creases disappear. Had mine long enough that there are absolutely no creases remaining. Like a fine wine they get better over time.

So I'm probably going to be getting these pretty soon, and I have been reading this thread for months. Do you guys have any feedback on the Clazzio heated seat option?

My only concern is that the back seat covers cover up the hard seat backing, so you run the risk of damaging these covers when storing things back there. Any experience from this?

Who cares, you're not going to see it anyway. If it's sharp edged then keep it in a canvas bag behind the seats to add another layer of protection.
