I hate you all. I didn't want to spend any more money for awhile and then this thread shows up and I had to look at it. Maybe I will wait until July to see if they have a 4th sale. Lol

I installed my triple black leather in April 2016, back then I got them for less than $400 with the TW code.

Truck is my daily driver with almost 85k miles on it. Clazzios were installed within two months of getting the truck. Here's a recent pic from Jan 2023.
    Clazzios.jpg

Still one of my favorite mods and have worn very well after all of these years. I have a little bit of chafing on the bottom cushion against the adjustment knob but if I ever decide to replace it I can try and order just the bottom cushion. I believe they will still sell you any individual pieces if needed.

In another post I stated that I bought the Clazzio seat covers to protect my cloth seat covers They look so good I might have to buy some carhart seat covers to protect my Clazzio seat covers that are protecting my cloth seat covers I hope I do not like the carhart's I hope you laughed as much reading this as I did writing it

I don’t really know what it is but maybe I just did a hell of a job because they came out looking amazingly good when I wasn’t even expecting myself capable of doing a good job with the installation. I haven’t done any anything to the seats since the installation other than just driving the truck everyday and applying VLR on the covers a few times.

I used pvc on one of my other cars. There’s a stress tear on the middle of the sitting area from wear and tear. Had the seat covers probably 50-60k miles and for 8-9 years

I went with the leather on the Taco and noticed there’s a tiny slit where one of the perforation holes maybe 5k miles after installing. Not sure how it got there since I don’t daily carry anything sharp and especially not when sitting in a car. However, the slit hasn’t gotten any bigger. 2020 Taco with about 13k miles total.

I’d still go with the leather if I had to buy the seat covers again. Feels much better than full pvc and I think it’ll last longer.

Edit: for clarification, both sets are clazzio

Holy cow! Those are 7 years old? They look better than most any OEM leather seats in a 7 year old car that I've ever seen. Thanks for that... makes my decision even easier!

Yep, 7 years this month. I only use a damp cloth to wipe down any dirt or dust, never used any conditioner on them.

I also use a sun screen in the windshield to keep the interior cool when parked so there's no fading.

The fault lies not in the other TW members, but in ourselves.

There are more things in these threads, dear Horatio, than are dreamed of by your budget manager.

Alright, I guess I am gonna try and install these today. It ain't warm out, but at least it isn't raining.
Took the kiddo to do a dump run yesterday, and the dog is ready for a ride....
so I HAVE to get these covers on before my family imprints their messy chaos
    on these stock fabric seats.
    Wish me luck.
    My thumbs are already quivering.

If you have a second set of hands helping it will go much better. Especially in the head rests.

Put the seats in the freezer and the covers in the oven first. Slip right together.

    Wait no, That’s wheel bearings.

100% agree, however the kiddo was fussing, it was dumping rain....AND hail, and the dog was running wild in the front yard sans leash...in heat. HA HA. just lucky I got them covers on let alone some glamor pix. At this point I just hope my dog didn't get knocked up, and my Clazzio's don't stretch and sag...like my dog. pix tomorrow...of my seats. not dog.

I've had the Clazzio Perforated Leather covers for around 5 years now. I absolutely love them. However, the driver's seat is started to show significant wear compared to the other seats. I also have a puncture on the back seat from a cross county move. I'm considering getting a new set of Clazzio's because they still look that good.

I bought my truck a week ago. promised myself no upgrades until it was paid off. I ordered clazzio's a few days ago, have black out emblems on the way, and a few other little things. I don't know why, it simply must be a tacoma thing
