IMO if you are going full blacked out (painted reflector buckets) I would run DD's switchback turn boards. That way you retain at least some turn signal visibility. High beam bucket won't matter if you are running a bi-xenon.(although that is a waste of dead space now).
And don't lie, I know there is some chrome on your truck!

 

I want to do this so bad but I'm scared to wreck my headlights opening them up or not getting them sealed correctly. How bad is the high beam output when you black out it's reflective surround?

Thats why just a light spray of smoke is what I'm thinking, not full out black sprayed.
I tried it on a piece of "chrome" i had in the garage, looks good and still kept some reflective integrity.
I'm not doing any retrofitting but intend to upgrade my bulbs, rarely do night HWY driving

The exterior is all gone but headlights FOR NOW.
Interior is a different story LOL

 

Reflective integrity will be compromised by tinting them, I recommend doing one or the other. Retrofit the Lexus RX 350 Bi-Xenon projector and you can happily delete the high beam bowl as it won't be needed. Then upgrade the turn signal to Triton V3 so that the raw output of that bulb can compensate for the chrome being deleted.

 

Holy cow. Why do the morimotos take so long? My OEM Philips in my MB seemed like they warmed up a lot faster than those. But those Hella ballasts are awesome.

Good call. Or a cheaper lumiled Amber in the turn bucket and a DD switchback board for the same price..and it will probably be brighter.

 

Ive replaced my amber turn signal with a yellow one and its WAY brighter.
I feel I should be ok with tinting ht turn signal bucket at least.
I think the yellow on black will actually look super slick

Wish I knew more about lighting and was a bit more capable of retrofitting some RX light in there. I need to save $$ for suspension! lol

I have no idea how you got those inverted OEM housing caps back on. I had to zip-tie them in place with the RX350 projectors removed. Of course that won't work when i need to replace bulbs. Luckily I found these in 65mm and they fit perfectly:
