Hello fellow taco owners (again)! More rubber problems for me. The rubber around the back window is really dirty, and no matter what I have done to clean it, it just will not come off. I am thinking it might be mildew from the humidity, but I am not entirely sure.

I used a green scouring pad, which actually seemed to do part of the trick, but it scratched up the rubber.

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting the stuff off without scratching the rubber? Otherwise, I'll just use it on both trucks, and then get some paste wax to hopefully cover it up.

    Thanks!IMG_3078.jpg IMG_3079.jpg IMG_3080.jpg

I would try a rubber cleaner from a professional detailing retailer and not buy one cheap from Wally World.
The reason I say is some of the cheaper cleaners will stain your paint.

I think what you are seeing is not just dirt but discoloration from UV radiation. It might not be 100% restorable.
