Thanks dm93.I didn’t mention but I’m not sure cluster is bad.I figured this out on a fluke.I thought for sure I had a bad speed sensor on transmission.I hooked up scan tool and can erase check engine light.Well,I went riding around with tool plugged in an reset code.I shift transmission in neutral just coasting and light goes off and stayes off.Hmm,well I bought new speed sensor
and swapped out and light still comes back on.Speed odometer works but sometimes the cruise control won’t engage.
Maybe I should just jump the wire in the cluster. Thanks any help would be appreciated!

That's probably due to how the monitor runs for P0500, auto trans trucks do not use a vehicle speed sensor. Monitor vehicle speed in scan data, if it drops out but your speedometer keeps working it's most likely the cluster and the bypass would likely fix it.

See the post below for description of the P0500 code.

Ok, Do you have to reset check engine light or does light automatically go away?I hooked up and
    light still on? Thank you!

It will eventually clear on it's own if you fixed the issue but it would be faster to just clear the codes with a scan tool.

I Just tried this and it worked perfectly to fix cruise control and after clearing my p0500 code it has not returned, I did make a mistake and clipped 6 and 19 and just spliced them, so my speedometer stopped working, ill have to go back in and splice the 6 wire back in, but thank you all for the solution.
