I've always considered myself pretty diligent with washing / waxing the tuck, but it appears I've got a dime sized portion of clear coat starting to bubble up and fail.

What's the best option at this point to stop it from spreading?

Really tough to see the damaged area in picture.
    Maybe it's cause' I'm my phone.:notsure:
Most paint companies could wet sand and clearcoat an area depending on how bad the damage is.

Yeah I just realized how difficult it is to spot - about 2" right of the shadow from the corner of my phone case.

Its not separated from the paint yet, just started to bubble and crack. I kinda figured it'd involve sanding and clear coating again, appreciate the info.

Hard to see in pic. Are you sure that is clearcoat and not something on the paint?

    Could be sap
Also if u put small piece of painters tape near mentioned area it will help phone to focus on that spot, it doesnt find contrast well on light colored paints
