I mounted my shell in March 1998 and it's been mounted ever since.

No peel, no fading, just shiny shell.

Why not call the manufacturer of the shell and ask them what to do??

Any access to a vet hospital,,or feed store?. Wilco feed stores also have them.

You'll need a syringe full of clear epoxy or superglue, inject it thru the bubbled up portion,,hold in place till it drys. 1"x 2" is a small square spot,,wont take much with just a single clearcoat layer?

I used two big 100lb magnet rings to pull a bubble back into place,,and to hold the clear laminates clamped together as I heated it and then shot glue in.

There is always the dealer and then crying material failure,,so that he cries to the manuf,,and then they turn around and shoot back, ect. Just depends on how old it is I guess.

yeah this shell has been on for 11 years and and its just starting to go.. unfortunately the bubble has already popped, so it's a little late for the syringe method... I may try giving the manufacturer a call, thought I'm not too hopeful

My old Brahma cap is showing it's mileage. Can still get most of the parts and pieces,,problem is the company was moved to, and then sold to, someone in Australia last I heard. Old thick layup canopy with the same reinforced ribs that I have yet to have split material on. Scuffed and scratched up with war wounds.

Since it is popped and you feel the need,,maybe work some Dap Auto/Marine silicone in there. Doesn't have to be pretty and it is about the best stuff for camp shells in this area.
