What do you think of putting clear stick on for protecting the front edge of the hood?

    Anyone use it?

I had it on the front of my GT-40 and loved it. It really worked great protecting the paint.

Hey, if it was good enough for your GT40 it might be okay for your Tacoma. Might.

instead of "clear stick", i think you should have custom stickers made out of high quality vinyl (such as 3M).
penises, in all sorts of different lengths, colours, and sizes.
once the stickers have been made, have the different stickers die-cut.
from there, you could make a collage of the different penises all over your hood.
if aimed in the drivers direction, the collage of stickers may offer even more paint protection?!

    just saying.

My truck is 4 years old, and this truck does not seem to get beat up with small chips on the front of the hood. The "clear bra" is way better then a bug shield, but it seems to not be an issue for me at least?
Keeping a good coat of wax on the truck helps a lot I am sure.

Seems like a great product. Our trucks actually have some on already on the bottom of the bed sides where they meet the cab (if that made sense) that way you can get a idea how looks/feels. But I guess since you've already used it before then you already know how it is. If you liked it and it worked, go for it. I heard it discolors  so be careful and don't go with some cheap off brand

Yes that is the stuff I'm talking about. If I remember correctly you heat it up with a hair drier while you put it on so you don't get any wrinkles.

Sorry to say, but I did sell my GT-40 sight unseen to a guy in Seattle. He got a really good car. It started every time like a new Toyota. It was the most fun thing I ever owned. At first I wanted a 1966 Shelby Cobra until I drove one. They are the most uncomfortable car to sit in that was ever built. The GT-40 is a little difficult to get in, but once you are in it is one of the most comfortable cars there are. 2,350 pounds and 456 hp. ZOOOOOOM. :D

I better stop talking about it or I will go on for days. :):):):)

PS: By the way "I" took these pictures plus hundreds more.

I have my bumper, hood and door cups done. Well worth it. I would wrap my whole truck in it if I could. Next 3M adventure will be the tailgate handle cup done.
