I purchased a 05 prerunner and it has a leak on the drivers side front seat area. I found what’s leaking and it’s water coming from a clear tube. I’m going to assume the clear tubing is supposed to be routed to a place where it can drain properly. Where does that tube drain to?? TIA

Hmm, I’m not sure what tube you’re referring to. Super Long shot, do you have an aftermarket sun roof installed?

It sounds like the clear tube is the sunroof drain. Check it for clogs and make sure it terminates somewhere outside the truck.

Usually the sunroof drains follow down the A-pillar down to the base of the door jam and exit through a grommet in that area by the foot well/door jam.
I would remove the kick plate there and maybe even the A-pillar plastic and make sure the tubing is all connected and clamped properly.

You then want to open the sunroof and find the top of the drain and blow some compressed air through and see that it comes out the bottom drain near the door jam exterior without any leaks in the middle. debris usually clogs the drains and causes water to back up and leak. The debris will usually blow right through with the air.
