    looking much better with the narrower wheels and spacer lift removed. looks like your UCA ball joint boot is torn/leaking... you may be looking at new ball joints soon. Also, make sure your lower ball joints are in good shape (there was a recall for defective LBJ on 01-04s). if they fail, it's pretty catastrophic and can be dangerous, depending on vehicle speed at the time of failure.
