Clearance with 285/75/16 on on 2.5 inch lift with 4.5BS -8 offset wheels

Hey guys so Im getting my lift installed this coming saturday and need some one to redirect me or answer a few questions...The lift is the 5100s with Eibach set at 2nd clip (stock UCA) along with a 1.5-2 inch AAL in the rear. The wheels are MB352s and Im planning on running dynapro ATs or Armortracs for my next tires. Ive read that a 4.5 BS with +0 offset will be fine with 33s with a 2.5 inch lift but will the -8 offset force me to do the BMC? I barely do any off roading because I am a prerunner but Ive pushed the truck about 3 times on granite trails to the point where ive hit the skid plates every now and then and had the steering wheel at full lock while going up or down an obstacle.
