idk how many 4x4 guys are going but most that are going from our oct 8th meet were 2WD and i dont know if any had lockers so not sure if we wil atempt

haha im down to try some and test the limits of my stock 4 banger prerunner with rugged fails woohoo for tow straps i guess

if i go im definitely down for the bypasses...i might as well drive my scion if we dont do bypasses

 

I definitely will not forget my hd camcorder this time and i'll bring the dslr if my brother doesn't come to take pictures.

Yes some of the 4x4 bypasses are nasty. You'd probably like them. Test out the A-TRAC.

There's harder stuff than that, I believe.

 

The hardest part I have seen on the trail that goes around silverwood is a straight sandy upface with large boulders I honestly don't know how a truck could make it its between the damn and the tip of silverwood I have only been that way on my dirtbike and even that was Tuff bit going the other way there are a few rutted out up hills but they all have graded paths around them

 

Sounds great for a 4WD OFF ROAD, then!

you will be just fine if you stick to the scenic fire road.

the LT locked prerunners put Derek & his 4x 4runner to shame on all the bypasses

ok jokes over, in his defense.

(his transfercase took a pooo that day )

 

ha i guess in the future a locker is well needed sliders and bumpers come next semester in welding and lift will be done shortly after

 

If um not at surf n turf or on in anza I'll be sure to try to make this, I haven't been up on that trail in a couple years.
