    A few things to consider:
    - Brand new lower control arms (and ball joint)
    - brand new strut mount kit
    - brand new springs (ome 885)
    - used but great condition 5100s
    - newer icon uniball uppers
    - new cv’s
    - new inner and outer tie rods
    - no sway bar

So here’s the issue, when I’m driving and i am taking a right turn and lean pretty good I hear a click (like on a freeway on-ramp that turns sharply) or when I’m going through a right turn and there’s a bump in the middle like a gutter, I also hear a click. I thought it was the LCA so I changed both, but the sound persists. Sounds exactly like a worn LCA ball joint but only on the drivers side and only during a right hand turn.

At this point since most other variables are held constant or new, I think it must be something to do with the UCA bushings or the uniball being “dry” or some sort of body bushing or something since everything else except for those are brand new.

    All the things!
Before I got to your last line, I was about to say, sounds like a UCA. Try lubing the bushings. Also, even though Icon says to leave them dry, a lot of people use Tri-Flow on the uniball.

Could it be your coil binding? Does it look like the coils are contacting themselves?

Thanks for the input man, I think I’ll try and diagnose it 100% before I lube the uniball cause I just wanna stay away from that if I can. I have also thought it could be coil bind cause some people saying they were experiencing that with the ome 885 and 5100s like I have. I think I’ll call it that for now and not worry about it cause I definitely know it’s not the ball joint anymore!

Sorry I didn’t update but I ended up figuring out it was one of the 5100s. Under certain load it clicked on the drivers. Guess that’s why I got them for free originally lol!

It wasn’t, it was the shock internals on one of the 5100s. Check last post
