Welcome to TW! Adding LSD additive will not cause any harm on a truck that does not need it, it will not cause clicking. How bad is the clicking? You check all your u-joints? Could you post a youtube video?

    Loud as hell URD exhaust!
Since its in the air, can you rotate the tires by hand and hear the clicking?

Maybe its something on your driveline or brake related, what about the rear locker engaging.

I had engage the four wheel d. Before I left the house when I heard clicking.bclicking disengaged it click like it always does.plus I can feel when it's in 4+4 .and I never locked up the rear..I don't understand how I drove back if my drive line isn't spinning wile in gear.and I went in and out of four wheel a few time to make sure it was clear.

And yes I can rotate tire by hand and I hear it but not nearly as loud.I mean it was screaming when I took off out of driveway the first time I heard it.now it's sound like a baseball card hitting spokes.while in air.I think the weight has something to do with it
