When I drive slowly around my neighborhood I can hear a clicking in what sounds to be the driver's side rear wheel area. It sounds identical to when you have a rock or nail, etc in the tire treads, however the tires are all clear.
It seems to click once with every tire rotation and naturally gets faster as I accelerate.
    Anyone ever experience this?

My front right center cap does this.

Well I initially thought it was the center cap plastic area around it since they creak, and click. However Im not 100% certain that is what it is

If i walk around my truck and try and move the center cap, the front right is loose whereas the remaining 3 are solid. Windows rolled down and driving at low speeds it makes a clack, clack sound that escalates as I drive faster. Was replaced under warranty but failed a second time.

Hmm interesting, I'll check if there is any freeplay in it tomorrow as opposed to the others

Thank you for finding this! Mine has the exact same symptoms from the driver's rear and I never could find the cause. Sure enough, after reading your post I checked my center caps and all were tight EXCEPT the driver's rear which has some left/right play in it.

I can live with it for now and will look for a replacement and see if that helps.
