Recently purchased a 2022 sr5 and I noticed a clicking noise coming from the passenger side every time I start to drive after starting my truck. It doesn’t happen again until I cut it off and drive away again. Anyone have any idea.

Sounds like pad slap. Common "issue". Harmless, but annoying.

That was my initial thought as well but the description is kind of vague.

It doesn’t happen when breaking. Only after I crank my truck, put it into drive and drive off. Literally the first few seconds after im driving.

ABS Startup/self test. It happens the first time I reach about 5 MPH after startup.

Pad slap doesn't require braking to occur. It usually happens after a change in direction (forward to reverse, vise versa) or after being stopped without brake pressure and then starting in motion. It's caused by a little bit of play from the brake pads within the caliper. Since the pad is always resting against the rotor.

Again, this is my speculation based on your basic description. A short video may be helpful as well.

Its the ABS self test mentioned above. Does it when you hit 3mph. Drove me crazy before I figured out what it was

I’ve never experienced this. It could be my old ears or maybe my lack of attention to random noises my automobiles have made over the years.

I have heard this one several times lately. The first time I hit the brakes in the morning, I hear a small pop like something that was stuck becoming unstuck. I’ll wire my truck with microphones and report back.
