Clicking noise from rear driver side tire

I have a very annoying clicking noise coming from the rear driver side tire, it only makes it when the truck is in motion. I have no idea what it can be, any ideas? Not the suspension because I rock it when parked side to side and no noise

You may have a pebble in the tread of your tire if you’re lucky. If your not lucky it could be a roofing nail or something similar.

 

If it varies by speed you have a nail, rock, screw etc stuck in the tire or tread.

 

You wont get far by having people download a zip file, Extracting the video, and then watching it.

I checked that today and wasn’t that I am thinking something with the drum brakes

 

Pull the drum and look....

 

Already did that to clean it

 

Hell it sounds like a creaking rocking chair.
