I’m experiencing a clicking noise from the front drivers side at low speeds, noticeable at the 20-40 mph range. Goes away when I apply brakes, biggest difference between my situation and what I found in my searches. I had brand new calipers, rotors and pads put on the front about seven months ago, had them checked to see if they were the source and it doesn’t appear they are. The local shop is telling me they think it’s my wheel bearing, but I’m under the assumption that would be more of a rubbing/road noise sound. If it didn’t go away when I am on the brakes I’d think CV. Anyone have similar issues?

It could be a wheel bearing. If the rotor is allowed to shift around in the caliper you can get all kinds of weird noises.

If you lift the wheel off the ground in your driveway you can do the normal back and forth/up and down wiggle checks. Or simply spin the wheel with one hand while grabbing the knuckle with the other. Any roughness or growling, even faint is a bad bearing/hub assembly. They should be whisper quiet and smooth
