Started hearing a fairly significant "clicking" noise behind the dash when I turn the temperature to the hottest setting. Any ideas what would cause this? Sounds like a relay. Appreciate any suggestions.

Your problem is the gear in the servo for the blend ( Air Mix Servo ) door temperature control. Cheap and easy to replace.

Thanks Jimmyh! Do you happen to know the part # on this? I'm having problems locating it. The original has 52402808/030073021A on it. However, Autozone and O'Reilly's can not cross the number or find a replacement. They are telling me I need to get it from the dealer. Don't want to go that route obviously. Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure the door is not jammed and can swing freely before you install the new servo

Mine started doing this not too long after it went out of warranty. This will no doubt help out. Thanks.
