Clicking noise

    Hi TW,

    New member to the community, I just recently purchased my first truck. I bought a Tacoma SR in silver.

    I have noticed that every time I put the car in drive from park, it makes a clicking noise once and then I don’t hear it again. It sounds like it is coming from under the truck (I can’t tell front or back)…I have also parked on a downloads slanting hill; and turned the truck on and put it in neutral to let the truck start rolling and heard the same click noise about 5-10 feet from the parked position. Other than this noise, the truck drives great and I love it!

    Has anyone hear this single click noise when they put their truck in drive?
