today i noticed a loud fast clicking in my 05 tacoma when i turned the key. automatically knew it was hvac related. its coming from the recirculation button/door. if i cycle the button a few times it stops. does this mean the motor and or actuator is about to fail? anyone else had a similar problem with a easy fix? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought a 2010 DC from carmax and I'm having the same issue. I'm gonna take it back and take advantage of the warranty.
