I noticed a sound coming from my wife's 4runner when I was driving it a few weeks ago. Almost sounded like it was coming from the drivers tire. Was due for a service so I had the dealer look at it. They couldn't find anything wrong.

Long story longer we pulled a triangle trim piece right at the drivers side lower corner of the windshield. It's a black plastic piece between the hood and the windshield. The sound is about 90% gone. The plastic clips look good. Not sure if anyone had had this issue. I think I'm going to snap it back on and painters tape all the channels around it to see if it goes away. Just wasn't sure if anyone else has this?

You only hear it above 55mph

    Wrong section.
See if you can get this moved to the 3rd gen. section to get more posts.

Is this not the 4runner section? If your going by the truck in my little title bar deal, yes I have a 3rd Gen taco.

The question is about her 14 trail edition 4runner
