    Any ideas?

This is after a 4 day off-roading trip to the owyhees. This only happens when I put on the brakes. If I put it in park and do this, no noise. Nothing looks out of place under the truck. Flat surface. This has never happen before, 2020 4wd shortbed.

It's loud to the point where all my neighbors and their kids stare at me as I pull into the driveway lol......

My first though is loose cam bolts on the lower control arm(s). Not really loose, just enough that the cams and bushing sleeves are creeping back and forth under heavy load. Using front brakes adds to that load.

Have a helper turn the wheel, crawl under and put your paws on those areas, and even on the ball joints and tie rod ends. Where you feel it the most is the source. Just watch for pinch points when you’re doing it.
